Flower Power
I have painted flowers for years. As a matter of fact, my very first so called “adult” painting was a 3 inch daisy on a piece of typing paper.
Painting flowers has a negative stigma attached to it in the fine art world. Many artists cringe with fear at being labeled as a Flower Painter. However, I have gotten over it. I paint whatever I am in the mood to paint. Sometimes that means I paint flowers!
As you look through my Flower Power gallery, you will notice various styles and techniques. I rarely paint the same way for very long. Too boring indeed!
