Angels and Dancers
Flowing, twirling skirts with spinning dancer figures and angels with and without wings. Figurative work based on female angels, dancers, spinning performers depict a recurring theme for me .
Dancers, Brides, Angels, Mothers, Daughters, Sisters …
These women seem to find their way into my paintings. These figurative works are pieces that I paint, “when I am in the mood”. I learned long ago not to fight the mood. Therefore, these paintings come and go with rather random, unplanned frequency.

..It is not uncommon for artists or their clients to find images in paintings that were never planned. Imagine my total shock when this little Mystery Girl shows up in one of my negative paintings!Not only does she show up but she hasa very Renaissance sort of look withbelt puffy sleeves elaborate collar and curly hair.
